It was manually typed, and hasn't been proofed by anyone other than myself, so there are bound to be errors (please let me know if you spot anything!).  I originally did this for Project Gutenberg, but no one else seems to be able to find a text to proof it from, so it's sat on my computer for a couple of years, and I'm putting it up for anyone who might be interested.
